This is our Girl Scout Cookies Strain Review. The Girl Scout Cookie Strain really needs NO introduction.  It’s a cross between OG Kush and urban poison and is the original phenotype.  It was bred in the US and has made its way worldwide.

The Girl Scout Cookie Strain is probably one of the more famous strains around.  Most people have generally heard of this strain so we don’t have to go deep into the genetics of this famous cannabis strain.

The particular sample we used was imported from the US. I’m not sure of the breeder. Not even sure of the state it came from.

What I do know is it smells and looks good. Appearance

Let’s crack open this jar and start with it’s appearance. So the Girl Scout Cookies is a hybrid cross and Wow is it something to look at.  Looking at this nugget closely it’s super frosty.

This nug is dripping quite a lot, lighter in coloration than what I am used to seeing with the cannabis samples that I’ve been smoking. There are also lots of trichomes on this bit of Bud and they are out in full force witht this straight trim job.

You can see the tiniest bit of leaf, but really not much at all. I’m really impressed with the looks. The actual body itself is tiny. It’s difficult for me to give you a good idea of what the blood structure is going to look like generally, but it’s dense and compact.

It’s certainly pretty solid in apperance. Bud has a little tiny patch, the darker green, where basic the leaves were. I can see the pistols in there giving it a little bit of gold and orange tint, which is nice.

The formation of this looks nice. It looks like it’s been well grown. It’s a little bit beefy like really dense and beefy. So we’re gonna see as we smoke how clean it tastes.

Looking lovely and dense and like several of the US imported strains that I have tried.   I also wanted to point out the little tiny bit of jet purple coloration at the base of the bud.

 
 

Smell

Now let’s talk about the smell of the Girl Scout cookies strain.  The cookies have a smell of sweet pungency. It’s a little bit earthy but doesn’t have the gas of the OG Kush from its parentage.

Let’s just say that it smells like an imported strain. The leaves come out less, but it’s got that undertone smell of the Girl Scout cookies. At first crack of the jar it has a danke pungency that comrs out and the sweetness fades.

This Strain just has a pungent really earthy pungent lovely smell.  It does remind me ever so slightly of the Platinum cookies. We  smoked platinum cookies recently of course and is a phenotype of the Girl Scout Cookie Strain. So that explains a lot.

Now let’s, go into the taste of the Girl Scout cookies.

 
 

Taste

Now this is my favorite part and what I’ve been looking forward to.  Getting to taste this Girl Scout cookies strain.

Every now and then you do a bomber and it tastes a little bit special. Sometimes that fruit flavor comes out immediately.  But sometimes it’s also a lovely smooth hit that just delivers a great amount of flavor and nothing else.

This was one of those times. Oh my gosh, it was beautiful. The Girl Scout cookies strain taste hit me just towards the end of the inhale.  Wow I got the flavor.  I got the cookies flavor and also got the pungency taste.

I got a whole lot of smoothness. There was a lack of cruelty, so it didn’t make me want to cough. Interestingly for how many trichomes there were in this strain. Taste wasn’t intense like sometimes when I do try foam rich strains through the bong.

It did get me a little bit because the smoke can be quite expansive. But not so much that it’s really on a different level. Compared to a lot of the strains that I’ve been sampling latelythis strain was brilliant, clean tasting, clean smelling, and has a light color.

The smoothness of the strain was delightful in terms of the taste itself. The pungency is thereand it’s got a lovely cookies and cannabis taste to it,

Effects

Let’s.talk about the effects of the Girl Scout cookies strain, This is a great strain and the first bong hit affectied me immediately. The second one kicked in pretty soon after as well. The overwhelming feeling is sort of elation, stoke happiness.

This is a hybrid strain, so the feelings it’s gonna give come from both ends of the spectrum. So happy, relaxation, creative, energetic, and uplifted should be some of the effects felt. Those are the sort of feelings that I  iexperienced from the Girl Scout cookies strain.

The elation portion is what hit me first. I’m, convinced that the flavor was part of that. You know it’s, not just the effects of it.

It just tasted so good. The elation was just like BAM as soon as I hit it. Now, a few minutes later I was getting like really good relaxation feeling.  With the buzz I was getting the creativity and the energy which is interesting..

So this particular phenotype  I’ve experienced more of the sativa side effects than Inidca which medically people use. Medically people use it for stress, depression, insomnia, lack of appetite, and pain management.

I can see why it is useful in all those areas. Of course, I’m testing it for the review purposes and not using it medicinally . But I can see how the benefits would be there. As timee went on when reviewing this strain I felt the effects kicking in more and more so.

 
 

Girl Scout Cookies Strain Review Summary

I really enjoyed trying the Girl Scout Cookie Strain.  This is going in my top 10 that’s for sure.

The stretch is so good. Oh man I felt the effects all over my body. This is a really nice strain. I can see why Girl Scout cookies has got such a good reputation out there.

I absolutely loved this strain. What can I say about this strain from it’s appearance? I kinda already knew that it was going to be great. With that dusty white look on the Bible, and all of those trichomes.  it’s really trichome heavy with a rich THC leyland amazing example of the Girl Scout cookies smell.

Why does it smell great? I like the pungency and is different to some of the other strains that I’ve had more recently.  The taste of it was like wow really good.  I’m not exaggerating that is some of the best tasting weed that I’ve had all year and the smoke itself was just a pleasure to consume.

You know no harshness, no yeah that wasn’t hard to do. This strain was an absolute lovely experience and was certainly feeling the effects. Beware it’s, a strong one. I’ve done a double bomb I haven’t, got any intensity there. No sort of rush feeling but I did feel very high stone like feeling.
